Im currently in West London. Can anybody recommend a place where I can get a quote from a shop regarding some leathers that I need to claim on? am I expected to pay a fee?

I think you need an insurance quote correct? Most bike shops will produce one for you but as you say there is a small charge usually £5 in my experience.
I have had two done at Infinity on Hanger Lane. But the manager has to produce them and it is at their discretion.
