Thank you for the quick reply, unfortunately WASP is at completely the opposite end of London that I work/live.
Also I was looking for someone “within the M25”

Go to Wasp, she’s worth the journey.
You’ve got a bike, whats the problem? It takes me under half hour each way from north London, Tottenham and 20mins from Wasp’s to the Tea Hut.
If you don’t want to go twice and it isn’t that big of a job sit and wait or leave postage money.
I am in the Kingston area, that is SW London, it will take me about one hour to get to WASP, via across the lovely streets of London, not as if I will be having a nice ride all the way out there.
Sorry WASP, just looking for a more convenient location.
Well… Everyone recommends wasp for a reason. Everyone goes to Wasp for such repair for a reason. So you’re going to be waiting a long time before anyone suggests someone different.
I live in SW London too, as many of us do, and I make that journey to hers for shits a giggles all the time. It really is no effort at all for the best you can get.
However, since you’re looking locally, you’ll probably want to ask local cobblers and mc store for advice.

speak to wasp and see if she minds you bringing it the blackheath on a wednesday etc.

Based on the feedback on here, I’d use Wasp if I needed anything doing now, but I’ve used Nine Lives a few times over the years as it was more convenient because I worked very near there & always received excellent service & workmanship. If you do decide to use them, phone beforehand as he spends part of the week elsewhere.
