Leather Gloves

I have a question that may sound stupid but here goes…

One goes out and buys nice , expensive pair of bike gloves with all the protection blah, blah, blah. Then you do some work on your bike and put your dirty hands back in your gloves.

How the hell do you clean the inside of race gloves if you can’t turn them inside out???

Aaaarrrrghhhhh!

Any ideas???:w00t:

I think the idea is to CLEAN you hands before putting ya gloves back on, or use those disposable glove to keep your hands clean. :wink:

wear them as much as possible to slowly, grain by brain, get the dirt out.

grain by brain??? whats that some kind of ‘mental’ way to clean ur gloves?? :smiley:

:pinch::laugh:typo!

Hit the nail right on the head - wear the latex gloves or disposable ones when working on your bike, especially where you are not going to be able to wash your hands off very easily.

how do you know they are dirty if you cant see inside them…but the best way if they are is to take a baby wipe and wrap it around a thin bottle brush and rub away

the alcohol wipes will remove the dirt and not leave any residue or unneccessary dampness to damage the glove…

a pain for sure though…
