Just some snaps from CB, with forum newbies (well almost)
Pic 1 : A group shot with (from the right) ‘smallred’, her flat mate Andy, LCaller, Supermofo and Rottie. Not pictured Dsushee - at burger van
Pic 2 : Bikers from Lilliput standing on Chelsea Bridge.
Pic 3 : Dsushee at the aforementioned burger van.
Sorry for the slightly ‘scenic’ route to Chelsea bridge - but we got there in the end. I blame one way systems, others blame my goldfish-like powers of memory retention. You choose.
Hello also to Firestorm-in-a-D-cup who we met at the Ace (hello gal, and sooo well prepared with tail pack to put handbag and lid in! ), Hennessey - 18yrs old with an R6 in London (respec…), Snap and the usual suspects encountered either at the Ace or Frith.
Nice pics. Was good to meet you Andrew (love the tasty looking zx7), Firestorm IADC, Chuffster, Hennesy, Rottie, Supermofo, Terry and any others i left out.
Wow, great pictures Andrew! I really like the second one, with people standing on the bridge, it’s very artistic!
I actually ended up at Chelsea Bridge, for about five minutes, after a confusing situation with the group ride from the Ace to Soho, but enough about that I got there and the bridge was shut, no sign of who I was looking for, so went on to Soho! It was a fun night all in, really nice to meet some of the newer members, putting faces to names!
We put a lot of stickers on bikes last night as well, so thank-you guys for supporting the community!
I got to get down for an evening with you guys, looks like fun, when are you all going to ace, soho or chelsea bridge ? Put a post up so i know when a group are going to meet for the evening so i can join with you, i don’t think i would get there alone as i don’t know the london roads to the venues(well apart from the ace).I look forward to meeting a few more of you guys
Great pics, i agree the second one is the best you all look very cool…maybe the weather !!
Was good to meet a few people from the forum as well. Chelsea bridge was quiet compared to usual. Did see a police car chasing a 2 up ped, it dissapeared into Battersea park across the grass to raptuous cheers from the standing patrons of the bridge. Sorry I did not hang around too long at Chelsea but my cold was getting worse by the minute and a bit of rest and TLC was called for. Hopefully see you lot up there again soon.
Was a good night in the end, but it was farrrkin cold On the way home with Andrew I was shivering like a loon. Got home hot cup of tea and left my jacket on for about 10 mins
Good to meet all you guys, sorry I disapeared for a bit but met someone off Visordown Supermoto forum that I’ve known for a while and got chattin about his Superduke
Have to say I love the flames from your Akro when you flick the kill switch I used to love doing that on my blade, if I tried it on the SMC it would just lock the back up and spit me off
How funny was that Lexus Actually its quiet funny cos most people think my bikes a 125 so try it on My tractor may be slow but it ain’t that slow Lexus boy
