Last chance this weekend (probably)

Having just spent the best part of the day in a garage up to my arm pits in grease and oil, I haven’t done more than a handful of miles on the bike.

Finished watching the GP I recorded, so I’ll be off to use up some juice shortly,no fixed plans just miles under the wheels, smile on the face, OK it’s not looking wonderful out there, but what the hey.

Having a brew and smoke then off in about Half an hour ( should give a couple of hours daylight or so).

Anyone else up for it, or have you all given up on the weekend ?

Cheers Mark.

No takers I see, enjoy your armchairs people

Cheers Mark.

Rode from London to Brighton and back again this morning. Chucking it with rain and millions of Minis going to Brighton. Enough for one day, tucked up in bed with coco!!!

Hope you have fun mate, here it still too bad to go out! Plus the wife got me for domestic jobs whole weekend! I need the sun otherwise I will have the cleanest house ever! God help me!

Beautiful afternoon/evening, no rain, wet roads but they dried out nicely.

Left home cut through Tooting Bec and on to the bridge, spend a little time going around the back roads of Kensington, Notting hill gate/ ladbroke grove, off up to the ACE, Brew and a sarny, then across the top to High Beaches, from there B1392 & A1184 on to the B1383 at Bishop’s stortford, across to Saffron Walden, and B184 to just above Duxford, turn on to the A505 towards Baldock.

Follow it through to Dunstable, and onto the B489/ A 41 to Aylesbury, from there via the A4010 to High wycombe and B4447 to Maidenhead, wiggle through the back roads to Egham, and on to the A308 back home.

That will be 226 miles please sir, a grand afternoon indeed.

Cheers Mark.
