Spotted a large diesel spill line on the eastbound A40 in lane 3 just as you approach the bit that goes under Hillingdon station, be careful if your travelling along this bits guys and gals, quite a large line of diesel for about 1/2 mile approaching the station and its right in the middle of the lane, I could see it clearly in the wet.
Not sure if there is anywhere you can report this kinda stuff officially! If there is then someone let me know where.
