Yeh Yeh

Would be good to arrange a rideout to present the cheque too…like that idea, anything to do with the charity events we do on LB is good. Its one of the reasons i love this forum, not only you nutters, but the work we do throughout the year for the charities, shame we dont have a “wall” at the Ace where we can put up our “thankyou’s” from people we have donated to and events we have become involved in over the years…but hey…weve got it all on this forum i guess…BTW, has anyone heard how Cesar is nowdays? does anyone keep in touch with him? And anyone heard from GXSRoss?

It would also be a nice idea if we could have a list of events and how much was raised at each event for the LAA, that way we can all see how much our efforts are paying off.

Whether there’s small or large amounts, presentations to the LAA (in person) a few times a year would be good publicity for both them and this site.

Think thats an excellent idea Ang, that way we know whats working and might be able to raise more this year

Be good to sort out the rideout, maybe go on somewhere else afterwards

How about a sticky with a running total of how much has been raised for the year? Then when its gets to a reasonable amount somebody can arrange a ride to hand over the dosh.

Great ideas - I’m all for it

Scooby could lead the rideout on his mystery machine :stuck_out_tongue:

He could but it will cost ya

How much was raised for LAA by LB in 2006 compared to 2007? cos yeh, this year we could try and raise it a bit more?..funny but us essex burds…also donate/help with the yearly fundraising for EAA? (well me,abbeyj, busamans missus, Gill?,Lusty all did last year)… why cant we split the amounts between LAA and EAA, cos although its London bikers, we dont ALL come from London innit … (go on, shoot me down for that…says she, ducking)

By the time we share it with Herts, Kent etc it wouldnt go very far
