Due to lack of use nowadays I am reluctantly selling my 58 plate KTM Superduke. Only done 2089 miles from new. Comes with twin Akro’s. It’s the rarer white model rather than the usual Orange and Black. Kept inside in my warehouse and only seen a light drizzle on one ride out, the rest were in the sunshine. As new condition basically. Tax until October 2011. Original factory exhaust supplied with the bike along with natty KTM document case/folder. FSH.
What else do you need to know. Best bike I’ve ever owned (from the few blasts I managed in the past two years…).
Try to post it on the Superduke and KTM forum. Quite a few bikes get sold on the SD forum.
But, don’t take this the wrong way, it’s a lovely bike, but the price is a bit high. They were still selling new unregistered 08 bikes for that money a couple of months ago. I wish I waited a couple of months buying mine, would have saved quite a bit.
Will try those forums. It is also up on Bike Trader.
Pricewise, it is negotiable to an extent but having looked around there ain’t many White versions available, especially run in with 1st service done…
There is quite a bit (78 nationwide on Bike Trader) of pre-increase 2 year old ‘dead’ stock being punted by moribund dealers at around the £7,500 + mark, pretty much all black/orange or camouflage schemes. Or £9k would get you a 2011 model. No difference.
New to forum, this is very tentitive, is bike still for sale, are the Akra’s the Evo slip ons or the full system, has it been remapped (KTM origional). I still have my bike to sell, but “may” have a buyer, so I could be interested in yours - where abouts are you based approx.
Yes the bike is still for sale - PM me for further details.
The Akra’s are slip ons fitted by the dealer at time of purchase with the originals to be sold with the bike (never used). Bike is available to view in West Sussex near Gatwick
BUMP - Still available at the bargain price of £6500 ono. Apart from a couple of timewasters it has been very quiet on the interest front. There are only 51 listed nationwide on Bike Trader and even 2 weeks on Gumtree didn’t yield a response (not even from scammers )
Surely someone must want an example of the best bike in the world!
be patient mate, things are picking up on the bike sales. I was looking at gixxers for two months and they were all on there when I came to buy still but things are starting to move quicker
If you need to shift it and can afford to drop the price , thats the no-bainer way to go. Especially as you can walik into P&H Crawley and get a '10 model, brand spankers for £7995. With finance facilities etc etc. People are still shopping hard out there and the season’s moving on now…
