With local health and safety? I doubt it. They would need to have part of 406 closed, just in case and at least two fire engines and helicopter ambulance to get permission for that.

@Tiggi - It does not bother some Nigel on his R1 on Bob on moped, but certainly bothers people who invited KB as well as Ace management. And to be fair that post was a sarcasm towards health and safety silly policies on some occasions.
