My question is (and I’m either being blind or stupid) surely in the 120 or so days since she disappeared, her parents would have had little or no opportunity to be ‘alone’ in that they would presumably have been under some level of surveillance at all times by either the police, press, journos, the public and possibly other unknown persons?
If that’s the case, and the news headlined implied that somehow, three weeks after she’d gone missing, Madeleine (or her body) was in the same car as her parents, then how come nobody knew that or saw anything ?
Or is there more to it than that…Unless it’s the one in a million chance that Maddy’s killer hired the same car before…
Well these things often come home to roost so I wouldn’t be surprised. However, before I get pummeled, in this case I suspect the declaration of her as a suspect is more to do with the legal system and the rights it affords the ‘suspect’ rather than any inherent belief or the existence of any evidence.
If it does turn out to be the parents I predict a lot of angry people. Those that ran the poster campaigns and searched high and low etc Hopefully they will reach a conclusion soon.
theres been a cold stare from kates eyes from day one, and their actions seem to be neglecting thier other two kids.
Personally - and i’m not a father - I would have been all over the other two, reassurance and a dire need to protect them, not galavanting all over europe running campaigns etc, there are others that can handle that. Yes I would have been involved, but not to this level. The other two kids would have been priority.
at the risk of sounding like an echo…ya, what he said ^^
Although I thought it was more the father…I saw a news item where he barely let her speak, and he seemed…well, not quite how I would have expected him to look.
But what do I know…absolutely nothing, and thats the truth.
I just hope Madelaine is actually ok, and alive and as well as can be.
My misses said something wasn`t right about the parents. She said if it was her kid she would be non stop crying but Madeline parents never should that.
