18 months in prison. Was not expecting that thought he would get a ban and points - so am very pleased with result.

Biker is just about all OK now, still has a bit of a problem with his knee and this is a year down the line. He said he felt a bit bad about his sentance as he has wife and kids, but I told him that if he got away with it then he could kill the next biker.
He took the biker out on prupose? I would have sentanced him to electric chair!
He had been stopping the biker from coming past or going back behind him, then swerving towards him and pushing him onto on coming traffic untill he eventually hit him as he had no where to go. Before I saw all this he had been throwing coins and other stuff out of the window at him.
That is an excellent result, big respect to the judge and all those involved. I hope he’s crying his eyes out.

No honestly I don’t think that is enough at all…He’ll be out there in 18 months doing it again to some other biker. Can’t they just take him out completely? I don’t think he deserves to live…at least not in our society!
to keep it in proportion the guy doesn’t deserve the death sentence… he didnt kill the biker, and he’s not a serial killer (yet)… Bikers tend to get all defensive cos they are vunerable, but we dont know, the biker may have seriously aggravated him earlier on, by riding like a c*ck. We dont have all the facts.
Jail is enough by the sounds of the injuries he suffered.
Excellent! To many people get away with their crimes. This guy didn’t and he’s paid the price.
Shame the sentence isn’t longer, he’ll probably be out in 12 months. Five years sound about right.
A result. I’ve nearly been taken out by 4x4 **** drivers as well and only due to fast reflexes and sheer luck that I’ve avoided being paste.
Good that he is off the roads for now.
Also just found out he has a 3 year driving ban and has to then re take test.
The sentence is sounding better and better.
I hope he learns from this!

Nowhere near long enough, If I dont like someone and take random pot shots at him with a gun, dont kill him but wound him slightly, I’ll be thrown in jail for attempted murder. When will courts and the law realise that cars as as much a weapon as a gun or knife, and kill more people in this country. Rant over. 
Blimey, that’s a result - an appropriate custodial sentence and a lengthy driving ban. I wonder if the judge is a biker?
