I wonder if anyone would be up for gig of escorting my kid to his prom on them bikes. We did this once years ago, and I loved it personally, my boy seen some pictures and he would rather go with bikers than anything else.

Start 18:10 to pick him up
Finish Orsett Hall for 18:30 or so, after ride to Southend or any other spot for tea or food.

One of my favourite childhood memories is of being picked up from school and taken home on the back of a Honda CBR 600. at speed over Chiswick Bridge . Thanks for that @B!
Yes, pencilled in my planner. As long Tom doesn’t mind me turning out on ‘The Used and Abused 250’ and there is somewhere to grab a cheeseburger, with or without chips, to go with that cup of Rosie Lee.
Ill come around 18:00ish to pick up whoever will be at Sainsbury’s petrol station. Second meeting spot is at mine so I have to be creative with time.
When you arrive park the bikes next to air compressor, plenty of space and easy access in and out. We going less than a mile from there to mine to get kid and rest of the bikes (if there will be any )

Update as we were away.
Tom had proper swag entrance, every single one person was looking what is going on. I cannot thank enough to you guys and to “Thurrock bikers”. My son did not expect that many bikes, even I was surprised with the numbers. He enjoyed his prom ride and definitely had “best entrance” achievement unlocked ;). Good we’ve got that box of doughnuts, so everyone could have one or two.
eezie there was like 30+ bikes. All sorts bikes and all riders.
