John Snow - Round 2

Ok, I’m soooo f*cking angry.

A year ago a cyclist almost knocked me off my bike by pulling around a parked bus without care. The only reason we never clashed is that he was wearing a hi-vis which caught my eye at the last second. As I pulled around the bus I told the cyclist to look before pulling out next time (honestly, I wasn’t rude, or aggressive), I was greeted with “Fck off". I looked across and at his face and replied “What did you say?!” (recognising a familiar face), he replied "You heard me, now fck off.” I rode off really angry, thinking of all the things I would like to do to him - knowing that none of them I would get away with.

A year later…

Gower Street, this morning.

Pulled up at the lights and a cyclist in a hi-vis steams past the red lights (I just thought another guy with a death wish). As I pulled away, I passed this idiot and had a quick look. YES, it was John Snow. I stopped at the lights and he continued to pass the next set (red). As I approached the third set, I noticed the bus lane ends, so I pulled left and sat at the lights where he would be making his third (from what I’ve seen) traffic violation. As he was about to pass, I shouted "It’s RED you prck" and he stopped. Still pssed off about what happened last year (yes I know - grudges and all that!), I went forward along side him. He looked over, I guess, wondering what I was doing 2 meters past the white line. I said to him “You don’t remember me, but you almost knocked me off my bike a year ago…”, and before I could say anything else he replied “Pity I didn’t.” (A great line I know). I pulled off in front of him, stopping myself from kicking him off his bike (knowing I wouldn’t get away with it).

Now I’m going to change my attitude out there.

Wishing that he falls off and breaks his neck is probably the nicest thing I’m thinking right now. To be knocked off and die, I don’t wish for, only because some poor soul will have to live with that fact.

Sorry, rant over.

I remember this the first time round

Well done for showing restraint!

lol, thanks.

But I’m still sitting here ‘steaming’. Again, thinking of all the things I want to do to him – knowing that I’ll do none of them!

What are you a Scorpio?

Good things come to those who wait, you will just have to wait a bit longer.

Now this is spooky as f–k,
about 2 months ago i was walking from the embankment tube station just about to step onto the kerb and the above mentioned stripey socked and wan-key tie wearing anti social prick cycled straight into my ankle, it bloody hurt as well with out so much as a sorry the knob composed himself and muttered just a bit to loudly “watch when you cross the road next time”
prick had loads of time to cycle around me as i had the right of way, anyway in an act of utter defiance i lobbed my apple core at the back of his stripey suit,
pathetic maybe but i felt good that night as i watched the news with my arse exposed to the telly.
JIM :):):)

Thus making you the superior human being. He is, clearly, and arrogant idiot that will get taught a lesson someday when he offends the wrong person :satisfied:

I can’t wait Sam!
I’ll be the only one laying a wreath with ‘GOOD’ written on it!

And Jim… that’s hilarious, I bet you wish it made him fall off his bike too! lol

Damn it. I’m carrying apple cores from now on, attached to my fairing! lol :w00t:

lol…he’s not one of our trustees any more since last year!..

the bloke is a stroker, popmous tw-t
apple cores on a bike may cause an accident and to be honest riding in london, means you will have to carry a bucket load

well done for keeping cool…

i am not sure i would have shown the same restraint… :ermm:

It’ll only be a matter of time before he does come a cropper, maybe he’ll slip on a wet drain cover or something

And he has terrible taste in ties. It’s always a clues, isn’t it?

It’s all stacking up against Snow.

Talking of idiots on pushbikes, one afternoon I was riding into work and watched as a cycle-nazi jumped light after light, took the most dangerous (for others) risks … and of course didn’t really make much progress.

Imagine my delight half-an-hour later at work, when I recognised this same arrogant buffoon as a new freelance working, ultimately, for me.

I think a set up is in order.

seeing as we could plan his route and get a rough time get a lady with her kids to cross the road when green man appears and watch him plow into em as he jumps red light. we can use a stunt lady and kids on t’other side so they dont get hit, and oh look at t’other side of the road, loads of witnesses on their motorbikes who had just stopped for a short chat and break, lol. maybe 1 of em will have their camera on the go to.

sounds good to me, and cut the fuc–kers tie off and hang him with it:)

im in… whens the meet??

+1

lol, I’m almost tempted to follow his journey from home to work (filming from the bike), and counting the number of violations. Then forward the said evidence to people who may be interested. Now I’m interested…

oh yes, sounds like a plan, woul dbe funny as hell a load of folks following him home, LOL

I’d like to think he’ll get what’s coming to him, but people like that seldom do. So, let’s jump him.

(Must ignore the voices in my head telling me to launch a hate campaign on him)
