Good morning all

The jobs forum shows that it’s a closed forum no new posts, if I’m looking for someone where is the best place to post (when I say I’m looking for someone this isn’t a plea for a partner because I’m sad and lonely)

I was going to just stick it in here, but I thought I would ask first

Ref your pic…saw a couple of those at the Ace on Monday, was wondering what the story is? Do they offer RAC style cover but just for bikes? Prices any good?

Oddly enough i wondered the same thing as my stepson who is a bike/scooter mechanic is looking for a job and could’nt find how to put a post up in the jobs section…:crazy:

We do offer breakdown cover similar to the RAC, if you go to rescue24.com the policy options are there.

When it comes to jobs, especially in this climate, does there really need to be a fee? Surely it could be helping a member of the community. :slight_smile:

Or word of mouth, anyone need a 21 year old bike/scooter mechanic? very reliable and actually very keen…prove how good he is he sussed out the major problem with my bike that had everyone else scratching their heads!:w00t:

The Jobs forum isn’t for the members to post up in, it’s for companies to advertise a position in, so if people want to ask about jobs going, then I think the Q&A or General Chat forums would be a better place for that type of post. We’re not trying to make money from members.

Thanks Jay, I don’t have a problem paying I will pm you Monday. The jobs a bit unique and I need to make sure I get the right person and the normal recruitment agencies won’t be any help at all.
