My friends/employer at Phoenix Motorcycle Training now have a full time, home based, Call Centre vacancy. Phoenix has 17 training centres nationally and the London/Kent sites are Gold Standard MCIAC Accredited with the other Phoenix Training Centres now undergoing assessment for the MCIAC accreditation.
The Phoenix Call Centre is based in Croydon so the ideal candidate would need to live in the London/South East London/Kent/Surrey area. Training for the new position will start immediately for the successful applicant.
Please note that this position is full time and will involve working some weekends. The Call Centre is open from 7am to 8pm 362 days a year which means the shift pattern will involve some lunch time starts with late 8pm finishes, or an early 7am start with a mid-afternoon finish.
