Maybe its cos they’re not built here or in Germany any more.
But for some reason the mirrors just don’t work
It isn’t cabbies fault their all such ****e drivers.
They do try and look out for other road users, I’m sure.
But the third rate workmanship of the mirrors means they reflect the ground passing beneath the cab or the planes in the Sky and the well-meaning cabbies, in honest frustration, have decided rather than try and rely on shoddy workmanship, they’ll just ignore them instead.
Its not their fault. Blame whoever made the mirrors
Oh and if you were wondering why their indicators NEVER work either, don’t blame Mr Black Cab driver. The tiny little fella who poored suger into the tiny little motor that runs the tiny little indicator light, it was his fault. The Indicator Gremlin I think he’s called. Plague of the overnight taxi park.
Its actually quite funny watching the poor, hard-done-by cabbie, desperately TRYING to operate these useless devices. Really…they do…they must do, they can’t all be ignoring the indicator switch can they?
Suffice to say, that today is Friday the 13th everyone. So PLEASE be careful and don’t push your luck. ESPECIALLY when passing a black cab today ok. Be safe!
No that’s a far more sophisticatred problem.
BMW mirrors are produced using high-tech German technology that is light years beyond the visual capability of the average English person. Using the latest in diode-refractal, crsytal node lenses, it takes German precision and excellence to be able to actually see where the mirror is on the owners vehicle. Without the ability to pinpoint the location of the light reflecting device (we call them mirrors) the user isn’t able to then engage the laser-slaved optical traction mastercyclinder. Without optical slave sync, the light reflectin device and its colour coordinated housing is rendered into a “small lump of useless plastic with some very sophisticatred innards” attached to the side of the owners cars.
Mirrors 101 courses are avialble when you apply for a visa to enter Germany.
Intelligent road use and consideration for other drivers is included as standard with that course.
Unfortunatley for our English customers, this course is only taught in “foreign”, sorry.
At least they do have the flipping mirrors. The number of vehicles I see on the road with no mirrors on the side, or worst still, with the mirror folded in to make the car more aero-dynamic…
