Back is behaving it self at the moment, and the ribs are knitting nicely. Slowly reducing the painkillers. Opioid based drugs are great, but coming off them is not pleasant.
But at least I can sneeze now without swearing!

The missus is ill and was up and down all night, I’m a light sleeper and couldnt get a wink of sleep :doze:
