Has anyone tried to haggle the price ?? if so how did u get on ?
ALWAYS haggle with insewerance co’s… You’ve nothing to lose.
Just play them off against eachother. You’ll nearly always get something off.
There’s always room for manouvre, just tell them you’ve had a better price & they’ll come to try & meet it.
Problem is, if you’re still in Dublin, unless things have changed recently, there’s pretty much no competition in the Irish bike insurance market, so they have sod all incentive to haggle - take it or leave it !
I always haggle! When I got my K5 I had to pay the £600 they quoted because I changed mid-year, but the following year I paid £350 after some “negotiating”.
I got about 200 euro off…
Theres only 2 insurance companys over here…

Quote came out as 1,300 euros… Got it down to 1,100… silly money but it has to be done !
