Insurance Claims

As some of you maybe aware I had an off back in April. Won’t go into details but suffice to say it was a non fault. Well just recieved a letter from the legal beagles that are dealing with the case stating that the 3rd party has no knowledge of the accident!!! :angry:How the fck do you plough into the side of a sodding great ZZR1200, with 16 stone of hairy arsed biker sat on it, have 4 police cars, 2 ambalances, a recovery vehicle and a paramedic attend a scene where the front end of your car has been ripped off and you can’t fuking remember it taking place???

Tw4t!

easy I forgot what I had for dinner last night. Same sort of thing isn’t it?

I am sure the police recorded everything. Just sue him for the time you are loosing, and next time he will remember

EM

People have selective memories these days!!

Hope you sort it out, these thing always seem to take for ever. I am sure half the time its the insurance company delaying tacktics!!

You just have to perserver with it!!

Sorry about the accident hkdloz - sounded serious - hope you’re all mended now mate ;). It’s incredible that the legal team wasted the paper and postage to state something which is so obviously ludicrous. Why don’t they save their time and YOURS by SETTLING THE FUGGING CLAIM! (which is bound to be settled in your favour anyway judging by the details) - No - that would be too logical/easy - and we can’t have that can we! :doze:

Just a dislocated shoulder and a few bruises but yeah all mended now…thanks for asking

Too simple sometimes lol

Heard from someone yesterday that the third person was contesting their claim. Not strange you think but their bike was parked up and covered and the person reversed into the bike knocking it over.

What is there to contest?

Glad to know you are ok mate. Hopefully all the police reports will jog their memory, if not try a 2x4!

I guess it depends on how often he does it - after a while one hairy arsed biker looks just like another!Good luck with nailing him

At the risk of asking the obvious, and assuming the letter’s author was a legal type spending an insurance company’s money, how much did the numptey get paid for writing that cwap?
