Insurance - a praise and a shame

Hey my mate recently wrote off his bike and his experience with HSBC (his insurer) is totally crap, they didnt get back to him for 3 weeks and when trying to contact them was on hold for over an hour each time with no success (084 number as well)

However MCE (his broker) is amazing, and ive used them too saved me £300 and really great service!

Glad you have had good service from MCE - others on this site (see praise and shame) have had very different experiences with this company. I am one and had to take them to the Insurance Ombudsman before they would settle.
