I will be here in the next 2 weeks, and I want to rent a bike and go for a ride this weekend. Where can I go around london ? (1-1.5 hour journey is ok and I am not so experienced btw.) and can anyone suggest me a place to rent a bike? (Honda CBF500)

Try superbikehire.co.uk or racewaysrentals.com. I have no experience of either of them, just what I found on google!
Well depends on the weather, and where you are staying, because if you want to go outside of london, it takes about an hour to get across london, so if you are west and I suggest east, it wont really work!!
But for east, head up B184 to fitchenfield
For West head out A413 mayeb
South head down to brigton, the learner legal rideout we did had a brilliant route, cant remember it but worth a dig out.
