Today I was riding from my old place from Streatham to Bexleyheath. Not fto ar away from Catford a silver ford focus was speeding behid me and overtook me, I let him go. Then he slam on brakes just in front of me. I manage to avoid the collision. On the traffic lights he started swearing on me and then he took off a gun preloaded it and point it on me. I’m gonna shot you!! he screamed.
I didn’t think twice. First gear off we go. They was after me but I was quicker than them.
I’m shocked and shaken. :w00t: The problem is that I cannot tell anything useful to police. What I know is a silver ford focus with 4 Jamaican males inside with a gun. I have no reg plate etc. What a crazy day. I’m still with you guyz. :crazy:
How long ago did this happen? I would definately report it asap, but if there has been a long delay pop into your police station - even if they can’t actually do anything on this occasion it is worthwhile for intelligence purposes… did you actually see a gun or was it just intimated?
I’m very sorry to hear about your incident Pavel - very unpleasant to say the least. You must inform the Police though - this is a very serious incident - provide the Police with a description of the make, model and colour of the car + a description of the men inside.
This is not good. Getting upset on the roads is part of every day life but firearms are bad news.
My sister and family are in the process of immigrating to the UK because stuff like this happens in South Africa. Her husband got hijacked at gunpoint for his watch and mobile. Not on … just not on.
funnily enough last night coming back from Kennington i had a silver focus that followed me from WATRERLOO station along towards Vauxhall. i stopped at a set of lights, the car stopped at the side of me, inside there was a black guy and women, he shouted over something to do with the bike and started to get out, so i just sped off, didnt really think anything too much, just was a bit strange.
Err - thats kind of spookey that both instances are so similar - I Think you need to tell the Police before this ****** pops someone ! he clearly has issues with bikers and with all the CCTV around traffic lights I dont think it will be to long before the Police can ID this Tosser !

Bloody hell, well done for getting the heck out of there quick, and I’m very glad you’re ok and didn’t get shot!Definitely, you must report this to the police. It’s possible they are known to them already and your information might turn out to be more important to them than you think.
After the spate of two shootings in Brixton in a week last year (2 shot outside the Fridge on the Monday, 2 shot in McDonalds on the Wednesday), I seriously considered investing in a bulletproof flak jacket for riding through there!Unfortunately we have the nasty combination of Eastern European gangs that can easily supply firearms to the UK, and Yardie or Yardie-inspired gangs that are more than willing to use them :w00t:
it may of been an attempted bike jacking just not very successful.
my dad has also had guns pointed at him on the m25 and he didnt get the plates so was pretty worthless to the police when he reported it but it should keep the coppers on there heels in the area as they will certainly keep an eye out for that sort of thing.
There were loads of police cars standing on the A21 near Lewisham shopping centre this morning. It looked liek they were looking for a specific car(s) (was a bit worried it was a speed check first as there was one car ahead of all the others). There may have been an incident and it may have been on CCTV.
I’m amazed that someone pointed a loaded gun at you and you decided to post about it on here rather than reporting it to the Police!
If you can let them know when and where it happened they will be able to check CCTV and try to get some more details of the car involved.
I know we often read about how the Police are useless and do nothing but I’ve witnessed first hand this week that when it comes to stabbings and firearms offences they take it far more seriously than most people think, me included.
I can understand why you’d be so scared… sounds like you’re holding it together quite well, I’d be all over the place right now. You should report it, even if it is just the make/ model of the car. You can tell them where you were / time etc and they might be able to link it to something else. You definately shouldnt let go with out trying to do something about it.
So glad you’re ok, look after yourself… I feel so angry for you. What the hell is the world coming to when you cant even travel a short distance without having a gun pointed at you…
Sign of the times I’m afraid. This kind of thing is getting more and more frequent…I wouldnt be surprised if years from now it became the norm! Feckers! Sooner or later they’ll get what they deserve.
