Hope that the op went ok, a few suggestions, as I presume that you cannot ride or drive at the moment.
Get someone to buy the ingredients, and learn to cook, presuming that you can stand on one leg.
Find a series that you like on the tv, and buy the DVD’s ie CSI, the whole of last years GP’s, Heroes etc… that will last you at least 10 days!

Forgot to mention that you can also strip wallpaper and paint. Put up tiles, and grout whilst on one leg.
This is possible, I have done it. Try non weight baring and being on crutches for 6 months, it’s amazing what you can do when you try - and when you are really bored!
