There’s a time of the year that the fish migrate to reproduce and fishing is ilegal!
But what is fishing? Under the law eyes you have to have a line, a hook or a net to
considere that you are fishing. The Brazilian authorities are trying to change the law.
You will be able to see why??? This guy is promoting it on a fishing program but he shouldn’t!
Again, he is NOT fishing! Is he?
