i played HL1 when it was originally released, in 1998 that intro was epic and engrossing

The BBC tech writer is getting very lazy. Appears to just be scanning ARSTechnica everyday and then writing it up. :rolleyes:

just read all the BBC article, at least they link to ARS to give them some credit. 2nd article in 24 hours though.
