Just wanted to say if the complete idiot scooter driver is on this forum that was riding like a ****** this morning, your lucky your alive!
never seen someone so clueless, going into bends waaaay too hot, and in this mornings case so hot that they nearly drove straight in the side of me. I counted 6 or 7 occasions in 10 minutes where you could have been splattered big time.
Some Scooter riders are absolute maniacs.
I was riding from King’s Cross to Wandsworth Saturday morning and saw a Scooter rider undertake me and then overtake my mate (both on big bikes) nearly clipping both of us, then overtook a bus and nearly took out a lady crossing on a zebra crossing which all the other traffic had stopped for. He had to dive in front of the bus and around the pedestrian on the crossing as he stood no chance of stopping, hitting the back of her coat as he passed.
For a single second I looked around and everyone in the traffic was wincing and shaking their head at the Scooter boys riding.
this guy almost went into the side of me on the hairpin right after you come off elephant and castle heading for blackfriars bridge, his front wheel nudged my right knee he was so close! he was cutting people up left right and centre, almost got hit by a bus and was driving at stupid speed - I wasn’t dawdling but he is just a liability
One Phrase to sum this up. “Hamburger Time!” They don’t last long the the real problem is that they take someone with them most of the time.
You mean just like the black CBR on Clapham Common Southside this morning who over took a bike which was over taking a car at a junction just before traffic lights at about 50mph?
+1 Guiliano, plenty of clueless twats on “big” bikes too that seem to look down their nose at scoot riders and small bike riders.
yeah i agree, don’t think I was saying it cos it was a scooter - just that’s what he was riding.
on the back of this, this morning dropping the little one to school, going down coppers cope road in beckenham, see a scooter hurtling up the road.
there is a big skip lorry infront of me, comming around the bend (by the ford garage) he over takes us both not only stupid but the lorry pulled out because of a cyclist and this scooter was on the blind side so could not see.
then at the top of the road he just pulls out into the road stopping a car in its tracks so he could got.

I had some disco driving scooter guy (in just a shirt and shorts) going all over the road infront of me yestderday!.. I was in Chislehurst going over some speed bumps behind a ford KA… then this nutbag undertook me on the left, veered out to the right just missing my front by an inch or two… went around the KA and cut infront of it to turn left!.. making the KA slam its brakes on, luckily I saw what he was upto so I didnt have to drop the anchors… I was nearly chewing on my handle bars I was that worked up though 
Breathe deep… tearing their legs offf… screaming in agony…my crowbar prised the tips of his fingers… couldn’t see the other leg it waas so far…dripping all over his nice clean city shirt…laughing as the officer rode up…patted me on the back…the commendation came through today…given me keys to the city…idiotic riders…never hassle me again…evidence disappeared…legless, handless, gibbering fool apologises every time he see’s me coming now…
