I wasn’t quite happy with how they had turned out. I know some of you saw them on Friday night down the ace. So on Saturday I decided to go back to the workshop had the bike stripped down and started again.
I firstly brought more LED’s so I now have two running in each ram air scoop. I have sprayed the inside of the scoops silver to help the reflection and get the glow effect I was after in the first place. It worked, my ram air scoops now glow creating the desired effect.
Check out the pic and see what you think make some comments. It helps now that the LED’s aren’t wired up to the headlights so the pic isn’t blinding white this time
The picture again is bad (better than last time) but as it has to be taken at night if you use a flash it just takes away the LED glow effect.
Got to say mate in your defence these looked a better than you’d described… These are of course not LED’s as in Neons but LED as in lights !!! I was expecting to see bloody purple and yellow flashing things not Hi Brightness white light
