I had my fisrt RTA this morning

Afternoon all

After passing my bike test 20 years ago I had my first RTA, although the Bike is ok less a new bit of paneling and Scottoiler and I’m physically ok less a bit of sore foot and slight pain in my left leg the shock is a real kicker.

I’ve contacted my insurance and filling out the police form tonight so all that side is in hand.

Just wanted to say to all out there whom haven’t been involved in any form of RT, stay safe it still hurts a low speed.

Well see you all tomorrow at Cubana, to talk about what a great weekend everyone had.

just for the recored it was so slow I didn’t come off but I’m glad I was wearing the right gear

Although I haven’t taken my boot of yet just incase I can’t get it back on and I’m not getting the bus home.

Sorry to hear that - glad you’re okay.

Can you post the details so we can learn from it - you can’t get enough info about accident situations.

Sorry to hear that mate. Glad that you are ok, and that your foot doesnt swell once the boot is removed.

I was lucky… or unlucky, depends how you look at it. Had a nice nurse undress me on a hospital bed

Hopefully will be at Cubana tomorrow night, not chatted to you before, so, will try to tomorrow. Not chatted to many peeps yet really.

The bike has a few battle scars at the moment and a Scottolier leak but we’re still rolling
