how to make an Icon Kawazuki

take 1 part KZ1000, 1 part GSX-R, 1 part SV1000 & mix!

Icon took a 1979 Kawasaki KZ1000, modified the frame to accept a monoshock, then bolted on the front end off a Suzuki SV1000, the swingarm and rear wheel from a '92 GSX-R750 and the shock from that SV.

What is with the can of Redbull???

Remote resevoir for the shock.

gives you wings…

so do turbo chargers

to collect the oil mist from the engine breather and stop it spraying all over the back tyre

Nah - it’s deffo a red bull can over the remote shock resevoir.

dosnt really look that good to me, it looks like its been cobbled together from several bikes- which it has :doze:

Ok it looks like its been built to a high standard, just a bit of a mish-mash… each to there own i guess!

i like that alot… def unique looking.

i haven’t seen a redbull can on a shock reservoir since my motocross days.

great looking machine, typical 80’s chunky grips. love it

Very cool bike!
