Well what a lousy day it is out there.

I’m in from 7am til 7pm - updating our company’s anti virus system (and off for a bacon and egg roll in 2 minutes).
7-3 for me,double time though!!!
With the weather like this we’ve decided to work today, though it’s easier for me cos I can just get on with things at home working around them. Mark is out clearing jobs ready for the IOM.
Not doing anything today, the misses is going to cook a huge roast lunch as we have family coming round and i`ll just eat it and then fall asleep.
I should have been in today, but I’ve taken the whole week off to be at home with the kids… It would have been quieter and more relaxing at work…
I’m going to be out on the bike all day getting soaked for the ‘L-plate ride’

I’ve got the day off cos I had to work in Stratford yesterday which is 80 miles from me so was exhausted after working there all day and then having to drive back and go straight out to a friend’s 18th. I booked today off so I could have a day of rest and recover from the inevitable hangover… but I didn’t drink enough for that so I’ll have to think of something to do now
Did my AV update overnight a couple of weeks ago. Using Sophos, which is a real pleasure after the horrors of Symantec.
I just got in from a great ride, I love the rain and can’t get enough of learnig how to be smooth and precise. Feeling for grip and allowing a little spin from the back…Oh tell a lie, I just woke up:D:D
came in office at 0900, not too bad, no filtering, quick journey, but have to take off socks, all wet, forgot to wear my waterpoof boots
my desktop’s ventilator has just done a good job, to warm and dry my wet socks:D
I wanted to stay in all day as it’ orrible out there…but no…i ve been out cleaning all the animal houses out! showered the dogs, and i’m soaked and tired oh and trying to stop my new P.I.T.A(see pic) from eating me chickens! Fired up the bikes just to hear that mmmm blueflame can:D
Getting McAfee off all our old PCs has been a real pain in the butt. However NOD32 is now installed with a much smaller fingerprint.
Having a last cuppa before I head off home.
Back at 6am tomorrow though !!
Week off.
11am start, 11pm finish and have been counting the minutes since 1.14pm… someone poke me and wake me up…I’m sooo bored!!
Polishing, ironing, re-upholstering, dog walking, food shopping, painting, plastering, washing up, cooking, drinking, bathing, mopping and hoovering…
Where will it end?

worked 9-6 double pay though! Though customers think we don’t open till 10 and shut at 4 so it’s pretty dead before 10 and after 4pm hahaha money though:)
