You are a fugging hooligan on that super-retard of yours what to you mean no popping wheelies coz of you i wanted to get one of them so i can do what you do
I have been riding a year and i am rubbish at corners so i drive in stright lines even if that annoys people at their desks usually nick the stapler as i go through.
I wanna wheelie confidently just to have the control but i dont think thats going to happen cause i am rubbish at it.
A bit mixed really, sometimes I ride sensibly within the law, risk free etc other times I ride like a ct taking far too many risks and pushing it a bit too much. Like most I can behave when required. I think most people probably think they’re better than they actually are but like someone already said there’s alwas room for improvement. Me, I’m proper st I am. I comute during the week to work in central London (like a game of Russian Roulette sometimes) and ride for fun, generally alone, at weekends. I will say that doing one of those Bike Safe courses gave me a few good tips and pointers. Worth doing. For those of you that think you’re super awesome safe riders, next time you’re hitting the lanes and ‘progressing’ round a tightish bend, think to yourself could you avoid a parked cage (driver on phone etc)/tractor whilst an articulated lorry was coming head on… at night… with a dark visor… in a torrential rainstorm… as you sneeze…
used to be a very confident road rider and quick with it till c*** pulls out on me may4th 2002 knocked all my confidence not just on a bike. got back on a bike soon as i could ride (3 years later) only rode local roads did a bike safe day gave me a lot of bike riding confidence back this year. have done 1&1/2 trackdays built it back even more , i dont remember what happend in the accident my memory has blanked out 2 weeks b4 and 4 weeks after so i still get nervous when out in the traffic as i cant rember what happend only what police told me , So i’d say im a bit nervous in traffic and no where near as fast as i was on the roads.( no i wasnt speeding when c*** pulled out on me but i was doing 60 so was painfull):hehe:
i wanna be able to wheelie , got fear of going over the back (thats how my brother died on his lc in 1982) well he didnt go over the back but almost did hit the back brake and came down to earth a bit quick and hit a tree and died in front of me , has anyone arranged anywheelie schools for lb,s is there any planned:unsure:
well im going to try and get some tuition on 9th july with scooby hopefully if not another instructer . he did say i need to sit further back and have myforarms level with the tarmac but i think ill be better off being shown how to do it on the track on the 9th nnot the same balancing in the garage on the side stand:)
