I popped into ABE in Greenwich at lunch time and whilst there a young lad turned up on this scooter. He blamed the lack of care on “it’s gonna get stolen anyway” 
He might end up in jail alongside the thievimg emement if he’s involved in an accident on that wreck. Especially if he mows down a pedestrian.

Yep - the complete outer part of the disk came off as it was so thin!
He’s put some proper effort in right there to do that. Have to wonder how it ever passed its last MOT or if that is <3 year old Chinese tea pot sheet you have to wonder where and how it a certificate of conformity.
