Anyone repair the exhaust core. Was carbon fibre as well

Carbon fiber is just fancy fiberglass and can be repaired the same way .
I know a chap in Southampton who used to work for them… I could email pics and ask him…??
I believe that Akrapovic will sell the bits required to rebuild a can individually.
