I remember when police bikes had those. Whatever happened to the White Helmets?
And on that subject, why does the guy sitting on the front mudguard have an enormous stiffy? Do Indian Army bikes have front numberplates, perhaps? 
I feel sorry for the guy at the top, they must have run out of helmets!
