Just saw the new Harley Sportster Honda VT750s - looks nice - bout the same price as a Sporty, but add ons and servicing will be cheaper :smiley:

They look great, I keep lingering over them in the showroom when I’m buying bits for my VTR. But they’ve only got 43 horsepower. 43! My old T140 would leave it for dead…

I bought one last week, for the money it’s an excellent buy. It handles very well and is more comfortable than a W650.

If you think it’s slow take a test ride;)

Also you’d have to factor in the cost of repainting the tank to get rid of the Honda badge :smiley:

I looked at one before buying my sportster and really like them, but the thing that put me off was the resale value buy a sportster second hand and you wont lose much. how much will a dealer give you for a honda thats say 5 years old.
