Iv just got a honda cbr 2005 125cc repsol and i really enjoying riding it just would like what everyone thinks about this as a first bike.
If you like your sporty bikes, this one is a good starter 
The only real alternatives in the sports line, for my money, are the Yamaha R125 looks awesome and if you went down the 2 stroke route, the RS125 is blerdy cool 
None of those 3 are gonna let you down all that much.
