Quick question regarding my bike’s service. I bought it about a month and a half ago with 8.2K miles from the dealer, they sold it serviced, I have now 9.4K miles on the clock and I have no idea when is the next service due and what to check for. I’ve heard that a service must be done to all bikes when they reach 12K. So far the bike rides very smooth and I have no complaint, but I want to make sure I don’t skip anything important.
Help would be appreciated.

I’d guess it’ll need a service every 6,000 miles or 12 months which ever pops up first George, don’t forget all that boring interim stuff too (fluid levels, tyres, chain etc.).
For exact service intervals and what needs fettling Haynes will be you best friend George 
Owners manual says 8,000 and then 16,000
