2 weeks ago i got flashed-double flash- in limehouse link, not massively over, infact i manged to get my speed down to below 30 before i left the markings, but i still got flashed.
from what i can gather, if after 2 weeks you dont hear anything , your good…ie home free!
is this right!? only had my licence 8 weeks!

i always thought they had six weeks to send you a “notice of intended prosecution”, bet some will know the official bit
Nah its 14 days if its a GATSO etc, if your stopped by the police and done there and then thats a different matter
I 've been flashed the same way yesterday. Next two weeks can be stressful. :crazy:
I Just got mine through the post friday, two day’s before the 14 days, by one of those forward facing vans bugger! 67mph in a 50, on the staines bypass, a straight dual carrigeway. keep your eyes peeled if your ridding over there.
