Hi there, I left my comfortable life in sunny Spain because I wasn’t earning enough to ride a proper bike. I was riding a Yamaha SR250 for two years and, as much as I loved it, I needed a bit more roar.I came here and in early May spent all my money (and some of a friend) buying a gleaming red Ducati GT1000. The following few months I discovered that I should have put aside some money to get warmer cothes. And a GPS too.
Anyway, the end of the harsh winter is coming (I would say the harsh part is over), and this year I want my lovely red beast to get a few thousand miles. I can hear her crying in the frontyard because she wants to see the continent and the scottish highlands and Wales and whatnot.
I’m from Cuenca, a city that few british people has ever seen, deep in a mountain range between Madrid and Valencia. There are many good roads around the place.
