Recently on the DYNO I blew my motor,
4 days before As I was eating some egg and chips at a cafe here, a truck reversed over my bike, I see it happen as I was sitting by the window I raced out there and pulled the tosser, from his truck, I got 500 cash out of him and thought Id done ok considering, a broken clutch leaver and a little scratch here and there, anyhow the coolent overflow had been leaking on the next few days of riding and by the time I got it on the DYNO, POP it ended up doing damage #2 big end as it over heated,
Anyhow I through in another stock motor and im gonna rebuild the busted engine.

Did the 1000 motor pose any probs or slot str8 in?

nah it isn’t a str8t swap, you have to grind quarter inch off of each side of the rear bottom of the engine …also slim the Mounts on the head a little with a grinder and make up adapter plates
