Just fitted a pair of Carbon can Co. cans. They say removable baffles,
how do you get them out?
is it just a matter of drilling the rivit out at the end and pulling?
can you refit the baffle once it has been taken out?

If they are the same design as Remus ones you need to drill out the pop rivets and when you replace them you need to use a self tapping screw or get a friendly engineer to tap the baffles out to suit something like an M4 screw:)
I had a CCC stainless can on the CBR6, very nice noise. It had a little hole underneath the outlet allowing you to get to the retaining screw, check yours before you start drilling things!
