Off on a long ride early tomorrow morning - just gave the bike a lovely clean, and the chain needs adjusting. I dont have a paddock stand, or the gear to do it.
If anyone near north london can help, it’d be much appreciated, and a couple of beers your way?

dont know much about triumph but normally if your careful dont over loosen wheel nut and adjust using wheel adjusters on the side you can do it on side stand, most of the time with some suzuki’s this is recommended.
I think I’d be happy to do this, once I have seen someone else (who knows what theyre doing) do it. As I have this ride abroad tomorrow, I don’t want to ‘attempt’ it, and bugger it all up!!

You’ll be fine doing it on the side-stand. Just crack the wheel nut and turn out the adjusters a half turn at a time.
I hope you’ve checked your oil atc too!
