took the battery to recharge - having put the datatool (S3 on service mode)
now when i try to connect the battery it screams!???
I have take it the battery off before with no problems
any ideas??
possibly need to despike it :crazy: - off to get a security torx :doze:
so i take it the little black thingie (arrow) is the battery link
where is the fuse?? :ermm:

got the box opened, removed battery thingie and fuse but can only disconnect one part of the loom - hope it still drains… :Whistling:
right easier done than said! for a change 
despike alarm (see datatool link)
reconnect battery
re assemble alarm!
job done! 
Disconnect the f^&ck*ng thing and heave a deep sigh of relief - just keep the installers ticket for if ever you have the misfortune to have the bike nicked - after all how are they going to prove it was not fitted at the time of theft - the alarm would not have have prevented the theft anyway. Relax and satisfy yourself that the bike will not break down when you least want it to because of some three hundred quid piece of s^&t fitted by some dickhead to your pride and joy.
A rant - but I have seen so many bikes broken down - so many biking holidays ruined by these aftermarket alarms.
