I was just going to drop in every now and again to browse the excellent BSB photos, but then I went and added my penny’s worth to a thread and it seemed ungracious to leave that post counter at ‘1’ and not say hello…
So here’s me, South of the River and bikeless (used to have an old, late eighties TZR). After a long, long haul through some illnesses, I need to do my CBT again and lay out the cash for… don’t know yet, a TZR or an RS maybe… Something to get me back and forth from work, until I can get my balance back and think about the test again!

ooh… RS250… I remember those good* old days of ownership. Great first bike after taking my test, took a little while to get used to for me tho’
Word to the wise if u do get one… for starters, tape up the front sparker inspection hole, coz front wheel does a great job of kicking up water/mud/crap (delete as appropriate) and drowning/killing off one sparker. Getting home in driving rain with one cylinder firing breaks one’s heart…
I’d love a 250 too… Was offered an absolutely pristine RGV250 not so long ago, but unfortunately my last attempt to take my test was scuppered by said illness. So I’m limited to the 125 category for the moment.
