i was thinking about buying oxford heated grips
but you heating just inside of the hand and its outside thats cold:(
does anybody have tried tham???
I found the heat worked really well when I used Oxford heated Grips last winter. They make a huge diffeence and tend to warm the whole glove up. You can get them for under £30 if you shop around.
I had heated grips once, they only heated the palms of my hands by fingers still froze.
I’d never used 'em before I picked up Debz Bandit on a really cold foggy night. They only heat the palms, but boy was that luxury 
If I commuted on my bike I’d have 'em on already

I’ve got Oxford Hot Grips on my CBR6. Worth every penny on a cold winter commute.
or you could buy the re-usable palm heaters that go in ur gloves they amazin and only cost a couple of quid
I’m quite a wuss in the winter, so I tend to have Oxford Hot Hands, coupled with wind muffs…oh the joys

Yup, they’re textile, and velcro. The only thing that is slightly wierd is they are quite fat, where as the grips I think feel normal. But warmth over-rides the 10mins of getting used to the width of the bars imo. and they have a connector so they’re simple to remove. You can choose to connect them straight to the battery or to the ignition, cos it’s a pain if you forget to turn them off and come back to a flat battery.
Heated grips are great. Can I repeat. GREAT. If you ride any sort of distances in the Winter, they’re fantastic. They’re also really good for summer storms (when your wet gloves generate a lot of windchill). For the amount they cost, why be without them?
You’ll still need winter gloves, but you won’t get frostbite. I’ve never had the Hot Hands, but imho they’re not the best looking things (but I suppose the other side to that is that you can take them off if you know for sure you’re never going to need them in Summer)
I’ve used klan heated inner gloves for the last 2 years now and they are very good. There’ve got like an element in them that goes all over the outside of the hand and down to the tip of your fingers. They run straight off the battery or I think you can get a seperate power source for them. Make your gloves lovely and warm inside:)
