I think it would be terminal. The biker had a death wish anyway going at that speed. It will probably take the driver of the car awhile to get over the accident.
Also amazing is how the drivers behind slowed and then pretty much kept going
As the rider went over the top of the car rather than into it, there’s a good chance that they’d have survived it albeit with some broken bits.
They appear also to have been wearing full bike gear as well rather than just jeans & T-shirt which would have helped.

I would think that the rider survived, he cleared the vehicle and went for a bit of a bounce. he appeared not to hit anything and may have got away with bruises and light damage. Don’t actually know the answer though.

Id bet he survived without too much injury as long as he wasnt thrown under another vehicle. He did fly though.
He`d very likely have been killed if he was not thrown clear and the car had taken his impact.
