Have you guys heard of reflective helmet bands before!

Anyone knows where can I get one those from? Got this photo from an American website:

Hey Cezar, I stock reflective helmet bands in the store. They are made by Respro using 3m Scotchlite and retail for £10.99 plain and £11.99 in a strippy version ( the stripes fall off ). They are a big rubber foam band, which you can take off whenever you want and re-use,
