I’m on the verge of naming and shaming these clowns. Has anyone used them before?

I bought a new computer case from them a couple of weeks ago.
Shipping was very slow but I expected it would be, being such a bulky item.
Having problems with them or something?
Yep, big time. Won’t go into yet, but I’m sticking them on the wall of shame after I return a couple of products and get my money back.
I ordered a case from Scan and it arrived next day, without priority ordering and I ordered it in the evening.
