Has anyone ever claimed for bike damage and clothing after an off caused by a poor road surface

HelloWas wondering if anyone had made a claim against a local authority reguarding a poor road surface that caused them to have an accident.

Was wondering of peoples experiences and what was paid for, ie kit and bike damage or personal injury was bigger?
