Flipping hell mate! I’m a Muay Thay instructor 2sc dan , had 4 gyms back in brazil for many and many years, have organised and participated of literally over hundreds championships and have never, never , ever seen anything like that! 
Have seen very bad injuries provinient of that same quick, Iroquiko but, never that bad!
